Upon graduating from the prestigious Aveda Institute in 1994, Janelle immediately positioned herself in a salon in Eau Claire, Wi. Working in only 2 other salons in the 24 years prior to Watermark Salon, proves she is committed to working hard and true to her patrons.
She admits being most inspired by education and has a resume to prove it. Having traveled the country from coast to coast, to train with the likes of Vidal Sassoon, Bumble and Bumble, Nick Arrojo, and Kevin Murphy to name a few. Owning Watermark Salon, she is able to combine her passion for continuing education, in a dwelling that promotes creativity and growth.
After training and visiting so many beautiful, unique salons, Janelle realized that was what Eau Claire was missing. Watermark Salon is in a class all of its own with its urban sheek decor and talented stylists.
